This CBD oil from Kera contains 5% CBD in a 10ml bottle. Start with about 2 to 3 drops per day and build it up to the desired amount. But never use more than 20 drops per day. The bottle contains approximately 200 drops.

How to use CBD oil?

In the cap is a dripper, so that the dosing is easy. Put the drops under your tongue and then wait about 2 minutes. Then swallow it with a glass of water.

It is legal in the Netherlands. CBD is a substance that occurs in the hemp plant and for that reason it falls under the opium law. However, within the Dutch law CBD products with a THC content lower than 0.2% are legal. This oil contains very little THC. So low that you can't get high from it.
