The Combo Pen P110 Pro measures temperature, EC and pH of water and growing medium for plants. This combo meter has been renewed and now has improved software, so you can read out accurate measurements even faster. In addition, the device has a new modern robust housing. If the electrode is broken or worn you can easily replace it. The Combo meter is easy to use and you can easily switch between the parameters. The meter is already calibrated and ready to use. This product is delivered including batteries.

EC and pH value Growing weed plants

When growing cannabis plants it is important to know the EC and pH values of the soil and water. The growth of the plants can be affected by a too high or too low pH/EC value. For example, if the pH value is too high then certain nutrients may not be fully absorbed. The EC value shows how much nutrient is in the water and soil. Based on this you can see if your weed plants need nutrition but also if they have had too much nutrition. 

How does the Combo Pen work?

1. Take off the protective cap.
2. Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry it.
3. Turn the meter on with the on/off button.
4. Insert the meter straight into the solution (up to the rim) and stir gently.
5. After a few seconds, the correct value will appear in the display.
6. To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit press the C/F button.
7. When you are finished measuring turn the meter off with the on/off button.
8. Rinse the electrode with water and dry gently.
9. The electrodes are designed to be stored dry. The use of storage solution is not necessary with this meter.
