How to place an order?
You can add the desired articles to your shopping cart and then click on the button. You can place an order with us without first having to create an account for it
How can I view previous orders?
You can easily view your previous orders. If you are logged in you can see under "My account" all your orders that have been made in the past. You can view your order here or even re-order the entire order.
I placed an order but did not receive an email?
First check whether you have entered the correct email address. You can change your email address via your account settings or by contacting us. It may be that the order email has ended up with your spam folder. If you still have not received an email after checking, please contact us! It is possible that we can not reach you by email (for example, by a full inbox or entering an incorrect email address).
What if a product is not in stock?
If a product can not be ordered with the message 'out of stock' you can contact us for more information. If possible we will try to get the product back in stock as soon as possible.
I want my order to be send outside of Holland, is this possible?
Yes! We ship to most countries in Europe. We will ship your order with PostNL as soon as we have received your payment.
If no one is present at the moment of delivery, the package will be offered twice at the delivery address. After the third delivery attempt the package will be automatically returned.
Note: Some products are only intended for the Dutch market, including tobacco products.
Can I personally pick up my order?
Yes, that's possible! We are located in Terheijden, on the outskirts of Breda. If you want to pick up the order personally, please contact us for more information.
Can I change my order?
Due to our fast delivery, there is a short time between placing your order and sending by us. Because of this, if you still want to change your order, we are not always able to do so. We advise you to contact us as soon as possible should you wish to change your order. If we have already processed and send your order, changes are no longer possible. If you have entered an incorrect address and want to change it, please contact us as soon as possible!
What is the minimum order amount?
There is a minimum order amount of € 15.00 because of the shipping and handling costs of your order. We do not charge the full shipping costs to customers and we use competitive prices on our products.
Delivery time outside the Netherlands?
Orders placed on working days before 16:20 have an average delivery time to Belgium from 1 to 3 working days.
The shipping costs depend on the weight and shipping method. A standard shipment with track & trace costs € 8, - including VAT.
Ordering cannabis seeds
Seeds are only allowed in EU countries + Switzerland, but not in Germany, Latvia, Luxembourg, Romania and Sweden.
