How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple:
- Go to the product page of the item you’d like to buy. Choose the desired quantity.
- Click ‘Add to cart’. You’ll see the number of items in your cart update.
- Done shopping? Click on the shopping cart icon.
- You can adjust your cart before continuing.
- Click ‘Checkout’. Enter your shipping details (make sure to include your house number!) and choose a shipping method.
- Choose your payment method. Review your order and click ‘Pay’.
Tip: Create an account for easier order tracking, faster checkout, and to view your order history.
Benefits of creating an account
You can order without an account, but creating one has advantages:
- No need to re-enter your details every time.
- View your full order history and download invoices.
- Easily repeat previous orders.
- Receive updates about your orders more quickly.
How can I view my previous orders?
Log in to your account and go to “My Account” to see all your previous orders. You can view the details or re-order with one click.
How do I use a discount code?
You can apply your discount code on the shopping cart page after you’ve added at least one product. Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a discount code for your next order.
I placed an order but didn’t receive an email
First, check if you entered the correct email address. Then look in your spam or junk folder, especially if you're using Hotmail or Outlook, as our emails sometimes end up there.
Tip: Mark our emails as "Not Spam" to prevent this in the future.
Still nothing? Contact us and preferably include your phone number in case we can’t reach you via email.
What if a product is out of stock?
The current stock status is shown on each product page. If something is sold out, you can sign up to receive a notification once it’s back.
Need more units than are available? Or does it say "Out of stock"? Get in touch, we may still be able to help.
Can I still change my order?
We process orders quickly. Want to change something like a product or your shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is being processed, we can no longer make changes.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not have a physical store, but pick-up may be possible by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss the options.
What is the minimum order amount?
We have a minimum order value of €15 due to shipping and handling costs. This allows us to keep our product prices sharp and our service fast. Free shipping on orders over €60.
Ordering from Belgium
We also ship to Belgium. Please note:
- Orders are shipped via PostNL once payment is received.
- Delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days.
- Not home? Your package will be offered 1 time. After that, it will go to a PostNL pick up point.
- If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to us.
- If returned, you are responsible for the costs of re-shipping.
- Always check the track & trace before contacting us.
Payment & Payment Methods
You can safely pay with the following methods:
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
- Bank transfer: account name: NABI MEDIA IBAN: NL96ABNA0888607296. * Please include your order number in the payment description.
- Multibanco (Portugal)
- Blik (Polen)
- Przelewy24 (Polen)
Please note:
- Credit cards are not accepted.
- Your bank statement will show Nabi Media B.V., not 420 Shop.
