Returning and Exchanging Items:

At 420Shop, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return or exchange an item. Therefore, we have set up a clear and simple return and exchange policy. If you have ordered/received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service team.

Return Policy

Conditions for Returns

• A reflection period of 14 days applies to all purchases. This reflection period means that you have the right to return the items in their original packaging within 14 days without any obligation.
• Returned items must not be used or damaged.
• Products such as vaporizers, bongs, and pipes cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
• Magic truffles, mushroom grow kits, and other products with an expiration date cannot be returned.
• You must comply with all return conditions.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• The reflection period starts the day after delivery.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service before returning an item. Include your order number.
2. Condition of the Item: The delivered item must be unopened (as far as possible), in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
3. Return Form: Fill in the return form and include it in the return shipment.
4. Shipping: Once you have indicated that you wish to return an item or order, you have 14 days to ship it.

For hygienic reasons, water pipes, bongs, weed pipes, grinders, vaporizers, and similar items can only be returned if they have not been used and (if applicable) are in their original, sealed packaging.

After receiving the shipment and approval from 420Shop regarding the condition of the products, your money will be refunded within 14 days.

REPLACEMENTS

If your item was damaged upon delivery, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt at your address. You can use the above email address to let us know of any damages (with photos). Once sent back to us, we will inspect the item and send out a replacement if applicable.

Please do not forget to include a message with the returned products and mention your name & order number.
