Customer-service : Shipping
We ship all our orders with PostNL. The items will be sent as soon as we receive full payment of the order. Normally it will take 1 business day for order shipping in the Netherlands. To other European countries it will take 1 to 3 business days. All orders are sent in a neutral package.
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Delivery by PostNL takes place from Monday to Saturday.
Not at home when your order is delivered?
In some cased the package is delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a notification when and where your package is delivered. You can also check the tracking details to see if yourpackage is delivered and where it is delivered. Do not you want the postman to deliver the package to the neighbors? Please contact us.
Second delivery attempt
If delivery to the neighbors fails or if you would rather not have the postman handing over the package to the neighbors, there will be a second delivery attempt.
Pick up your order at the post office or pickup point
If delivery of the package is ultimately not possible, it will returned to us or send to a post office / pickup point. You can pick up the shipment at the post office within 3 weeks. If the shipment is not collected within the period of 3 weeks, the shipment will be returned. The extra costs for resending will be charged
Direclty send you order to a Post Office (Only in the Netherlands)
When placing your order you can enter the details of the post office at the shipping address where you want the shipment to be delivered. If you mention between brackets (Post Office) it will be fine! You have a maximum of 3 weeks to pick up your order at the Post Office.
This shipping method is only available in the Netherlands. Not available in combination with cash on delivery.
Directly send you order to a Post Office (Outside of the Netherlands)
Because the shipping costs of UPS are considerably higher than via PostNL we have stopped offering delivery via UPS. If you still want to use delivery at a UPS point, you can contact us to look at the possibilities.
Track your shipment
You can follow the status of your order via the tracking website from PostNL
All our orders are sent as a package. You will receive a tracking code with which you can track your shipment on the PostNL website: www.tracktrace.nl. We ship to almost all countries within the European Union. For other destinations you can contact us. The standard shipping method is always with track & trace and your shipment is insured against damage or theft.

Tracking your shipment
You can follow the status of your order via the tracking website from PostNL.
Openinghours & holidays
We are open on workdays from 10:00 to 17:00. Orders placed on workdays before 4:20 PM will be shipped the same day. Our customer service is available via Whatssapp message 7 days a week.
Special delivery and opening hours for customer service apply at 420shop.nl on public holidays. The delivery times may differ from the normal course of events. On this page you can read what you can expect with the holidays, so you do not have to face any surprises.
All orders from € 60 or above will be shipped in the Netherlands & Belgium without shipping costs.
Free goodies with your order
Shipping method Cash On Delivery (only in the Netherlands)
Orders placed under cash on delivery must first be confirmed via email or telephone!We charge a surcharge of € 10, - on COD orders because of the extra costs that PostNL charges,It is not possible to send a cash on delivery to a post office to pay, COD shipments can only be sent to your home address.
