Customer-service : Shipping

1. Shipping

We ship all our orders with PostNL. The items will be sent as soon as we receive full payment of the order. Normally, it will take 1 business day for order shipping in the Netherlands. To other European countries it will take 1 to 3 business days. All orders are sent in neutral packaging. On the outside of the package, you can not see that the shipment comes from 420shop.nl.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Delivery by PostNL takes place from Monday to Saturday. Please note! The duration of delivery depends on when you order and when your payment is received.
Unless a product is not in stock, you will always have your order after 1 day to 1 week after receiving your payment.

Not at home when your order is delivered?
In some cased the package is delivered to the neighbours. You will receive a notification when and where your package is delivered. You can also check the tracking details to see if your package is delivered and where it is delivered. Do you not want the postman to deliver the package to the neighbours? Then, you can also indicate this in the shipping options.

Second delivery attempt
If delivery to the neighbours fails or if you would rather not have the postman handing over the package to the neighbours, there will be a second delivery attempt.

Pick up your order at the post office or pickup point

If delivery of the package is ultimately not possible, it will returned to us or send to a post office / pickup point. You can pick up the shipment at the post office within 3 weeks. If the shipment is not collected within the period of 3 weeks, the shipment will be returned. The extra costs for resending will be charged



2. Directly send you order to a Pickup Point

When you place an order at 420shop, depending on your country you can choose to have your order delivered to a Pick-up point. After filling in your address details, you can choose the shipping options: Delivery / Pickup. Select "Pick up" and select the desired Pick-up point.

You will have up to 7 days to pick up your order at the Pick-up point.

3. Shipping costs

All our orders are sent as a package. You will receive a tracking code with which you can track your shipment on the PostNL website: www.tracktrace.nl. We ship to almost all countries within the European Union. For other destinations you can contact us. The standard shipping method is always with track & trace and your shipment is insured against damage or theft.

Please note: The delivery times we state are indicative. Any delays beyond our control, such as transport or customs delays, may affect the final delivery time. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

 


4. Tracking your shipment

You can follow the status of your order via the tracking website from PostNL.



4.1 Track & change the delivery via the PostNL App

PostNL App The PostNL app keeps you informed about the latest status of your shipment. Push notifications keep you informed when your package will be delivered. You will also be notified immediately if the delivery time is changed. If the delivery driver is later than expected, you will receive a message.

Are you not at home at the time the delivery is scheduled? Change your time of delivery before the first delivery attempt. Choose another delivery moment or have it delivered to a PostNL point. When your package is delivered to one of your neighbors, it will also be notified in the app. No more hassle with the "not at home notices" that were not always put in the mailbox.


 

5. Package damaged on delivery

We do everything to ship your order as carefully as possible. However, it may happen that something breaks during transport.

What can you do?
  • Always check all items as soon as you receive them.
  • Report the damage within 2 days (After this period, we no longer handle damage cases).
  • Send us an email with photosof both the damaged item and a photo of the box (packaging) this item was in delivered.
  • Within 2 working days we will contact you to come to a solution.

 

6. Order not complete?

It may happen that the products you ordered were not all in stock. We will send you an email or add a notice to your order stating which products will be backordered. If you have not received a message, please contact us met ons op.

7. Order not received?

  1. Check the Track & Trace code of the order. We send an email when your order is processed. It contains a tracking code which you can use to follow the shipment. Would you like to be kept informed via your phone? Then download the PostNL App.
  2. Check your delivery address: The order confirmation contains the delivery address. Please contact us if the address is incorrect.
  3. Ask the surrounding neighbour's if the package was delivered there.

8. Opening hours & holidays

We are open on workdays from 10:00 to 17:00. Orders placed on workdays before 4:20 PM will be shipped the same day. Our customer service is available via WhatsApp message 7 days a week.

Special delivery and opening hours for customer service apply at 420shop.nl on public holidays. The delivery times may differ from the normal course of events. On this page you can read what you can expect with the holidays, so you do not have to face any surprises.
