1. Open the Zippo and take out the inner mechanism.
2. Unscrew the screw at the bottom, so the old flint can fall out.
3. Put a new flint in that spot and tighten the screw again.
4. After you have slid the lining back into the metal casing, your lighter is ready for use again. Also check that there is enough lighter fluid in it.
